Patricia Boswell

Early Childhood Academy Director

Patricia Boswell is a native of Georgia receiving her education from Newton County Schools. Mrs. Boswell has managed several Early Childhood Programs which spans over twenty five (25) years of service for the states of Georgia, North, and South Carolina. Additionally, she consulted with 17 early childhood programs during her tenure with the South Atlantic Conference.

There, she gained the fundamentals in finance, employee relations, child and staff development, and project management skills. Notable is her many years of developing project management skills that allowed her to oversee projects such as accreditations, the building of a preschool community center, thus ensuring state codes were followed, as well as upgrades to existing facilities in order to accommodate additional needs and community services.

Mrs. Boswell’s experience, training and preschool management have been a springboard to establishing a training/consulting business that allows her to travel around and provide assistance to organizations looking to expand their facilities and provide staff development. 

Furthermore, she has served as an Environmental Health and Safety Reviewer for Head Start where she traveled around the country auditing their programs and ensuring compliance for health and safety rules and regulations.

Patricia’s greatest strengths are her creativity, project management, and leadership. She thrives on challenges, particularly those that are most important to the organization she serves.

She currently resides in Conyers, Georgia with her husband Kenneth of 36 years, and they have two adult daughters who reside in Atlanta, Georgia.

She holds a Master Degree in Educational Leadership from Georgia Southern University, and a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, as well as a certification as a Level I State Trainer for Georgia in Early Childhood Classes, Child Development Associate Credential (CDA), 40 hour Director Training, and ServSafe Nutrition Certification

Her sincere desire is to advance the cause for young children by ensuring success throughout their academic, physical, and emotional development. Through perseverance, guidance, and determination our children can become great leaders.
